How to Use Textures on your Photographs
In this video tutorial, I’m going to be talking about textures but not just to use in a final digital art creation, digital composite or digital scrapbooking. But rather just on your photographs.
Later if you want to use that in your final piece that is ok of course. I wanted to give you that first step on how to use as a first step in your creation.
Advantages of using textures:
- it gives your pictures an artistic look easily
- you can just create a picture and give a painted look and if you don’t want you don’t have to complete a whole layout.
- They call more attention than a regular picture.
- It’s a work of Art 🙂
Don’t be afraid to stack them and also to use different blend modes you can get endless combinations when playing with blend modes and opacity as you’ll be able to watch the video below. There are a lot of extra tips 🙂
